“A Day to Reset”

Reclaim yourself and reset your mind from feeling stuck, fearful and confused. This program teaches you how to identify what you truly desire in their life and how to mentally move forward, by truly understanding the underlying belief systems that are holding them back. Students will tangibly feel an energetic shift in their awareness.

“A Roadmap to the Best Version of You”

“A roadmap to the best version of you” is a 9 month wellness program that helps you work through your mental and energetic blockages. This program meets monthly to discuss chakra and aura systems, work through curated worksheets, and receive personal support by Angelika and her team.

Program Duration: 9 months
Meeting Frequency: Monthly

Program Plan:

Month 1 – Students will first meet with Angelika to complete an initial chakra and aura system assessment. The assessment will identify in detail the blockages and weakened areas of the client’s body. 

Month 2 to 8 – Students will learn more about chakra energy and begin attending monthly meetings to work through the following chakras: 

• Root 

• Sacral

• Solar plexus 

• Heart

• Throat

• 3rd eye 

• Crown chakra  

These meetings will also teach students about each chakra and how to balance them. Students will learn and feel the energy of each chakra while receiving complete support from our ATW community. A non-judgemental space for students to ask questions and share the struggles and successes of their journey. 

9th month – The final month of this program offers a re-assessment of each student’s chakra and aura system. Students will receive the results of their chakra and auric field once again to see the changes in their energetic fields.
