Meditation is a practice of being mindful and in the moment. It weakens all the negative states of mind like attachment, confusion and aversion and strengthens the states of mind like compassion, happiness and wisdom. Angelika leads both beginner and advanced meditation classes.

A meditation class for all experience levels

The beginner meditation classes teach the basics of meditation along with the importance of the practice, this includes personalized tips and tools on how to meditate. Angelika teaches numerous techniques for her students to experiment with, followed by a question and answer period.

The intermediate meditation classes are for those who have taken the beginner’s meditation session or for those who have been regularly practicing on their own. The meditations are held for longer periods of time, there is a collective group energy that is felt when meditating together and experiences are often shared though not compulsory.
